Our flexible options ensure that you can choose the perfect combination of services to keep your property in top shape. Standard Cleaning ensures your vacation rental remains consistently spotless and welcoming between guest stays, balancing thoroughness with efficiency.

    • Kitchen

      • Wiping down countertops, appliance fronts, insides of microwave and fridge​

      • Washing dishes/unloading the dishwasher

    • Bathrooms

      • Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs​

    • Dusting furniture and shelves

    • Wiping down glass on sliding doors and mirrors

    • Vacuuming and mopping floors

  • $100  -  1 or 2 bedroom Units under 1000 sq ft
    $110  -  2 bedroom/2 bath (1001-1500 sq ft)
    $125  -  3 bedroom/3 bath (up to 1500 sq ft)
    $150  -  4 bedroom/4 bath (up to 1500 sq ft)

With our laundry service, your vacation rental’s linens and towels are always clean and crisp, enhancing guest comfort and satisfaction.

    *Laundry Trip Charge ($25) - additional fee for returning laundered items same day or prior to next scheduled service. (Please have back ups of all necessary items to avoid this charge.)

Deep Cleaning offers an intensive, detailed refresh for your vacation rental, ensuring every area is pristine and ready to impress even the most discerning guests.

  • Standard Cleaning plus the following:​​

    • Cleaning light fixtures

    • Dusting and wiping down baseboards

    • Cleaning cabinet fronts and doors

    • More available upon request

  • Standard Cleaning Rate as base price, plus $40/hr for Deep Cleaning tasks:

     

    $100  -  1 or 2 bedroom Units under 1000 sq ft
    $110  -  2 bedroom/2 bath (1001-1500 sq ft)
    $125  -  3 bedroom/3 bath (up to 1500 sq ft)
    $150  -  4 bedroom/4 bath (up to 1500 sq ft)

Deep Cleaning

Cleaning the Counter

Exterior cleaning with pressure washing revitalizes your vacation rental, removing dirt and pollen to boost curb appeal and create a fresh, inviting look for your guests.

  • Pressure washing services:

    • Exterior porches

    • Car ports

    • Patio furniture

    • Window screens

    • Siding

    • Stairs and handrails

  • $30 flat rate (setup charge) + $15/balcony and $50/car port
